This Privacy Policy applies to all services, websites, mobile interfaces, and digital communications operated by Altitude.spacE Design & Build Private Limited ("Altitude.spacE", "we", "us", or "our"), including the platform accessible at altitudespace.in.

By accessing our platform, inquiring about real estate assets, listing a property, or subscribing to market analytics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consented to the collection and handling of your data as defined in this agreement.

Altitude.spacE processes client information based on explicit consent, contract fulfillment, and legitimate business interest:

• Arranging verified on-site visits and digital property viewings.
• Conducting 50-point legal title and encumbrance checks prior to sale.
• Delivering transaction status alerts, OTP verification, and security resets.
• Liaising with premier banking partners (HDFC, SBI, ICICI) solely upon your direct request for home loan pre-approvals.
• Preventing fraudulent real estate duplication or impersonation.

When you submit an inquiry regarding an exclusive property listing, your contact details are shared exclusively with the verified listing owner or our certified Altitude private consultant assigned to that asset.

We do not sell, syndicate, or broadcast your requirements to public broker forums. Disclosures to regulatory bodies or law enforcement are made strictly when required by Indian law or RERA statutory orders.

We use essential security cookies and anonymous analytics cookies to enhance page responsiveness, maintain your shortlist across sessions, and prevent cross-site request forgery (CSRF). You can control cookie preferences in your browser settings at any time without restricting core browsing.

All database systems and customer records are protected by firewall infrastructure, encrypted connection strings, and strict role-based access control (RBAC). Data is hosted in Tier-4 ISO-certified data center facilities.

We retain transactional inquiry logs for as long as required to fulfill advisory duties or to satisfy statutory accounting and RERA preservation requirements (generally up to 5 years after deal consummation).

Under applicable Indian and international privacy regulations, you retain full sovereignty over your information:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of all personal records and inquiries stored under your profile.
• Right to Rectification: Update inaccurate telephone, address, or email details.
• Right to Erasure (Forget Me): Request complete purging of your account and unlinked inquiry history.
• Opt-Out of Communications: Unsubscribe from market newsletters or WhatsApp alerts at any time by replying "STOP".
